OPERATION
is based on laser excitation of thermal waves in the inspected material and on registration of thermal fields by IR radiation from the surface
FEATURES
use of scanning device for thermal waves excitation in combination with synchronous registration of thermal image by multicomponent IR detector provides for high spatial resolution and inspection speed
